Mandurah RV Invitation Fours

The men’s two day carnival sponsored by

Mandurah Caravan and RV Centre Mandurah Toyota & The Swan Brewery

was held over the weekend of the 31st April & 1st May. There was a full field of 50 teams that came from clubs as far afield as Dumbleyung, Williams, Margaret River and Quairading. In addition to the a strong representation from teams in the Murray League there were a number of metro teams, including Lake Munger, Willetton and Safety Bay.

The winners of this event are awarded the Norm Seaman Invitational Fours Shield which has been donated by the family in memory of Norm.

Once again the ladies served up some scrumptious lunches. Many thanks to all the ladies who put in many hours to keep the men well fed.

The format was 3 games of 14 ends on Saturday, then teams were seeded into 4 groups from these results. Each division played another 3 games of 14 ends on Sunday to determine the winners of each group.

The Winners this year were a composite side of Wayne Langborne, Barry Kalinowsky, Russell Bates and Brad Ball.
