Tuesday Pennants Add To The Flag Cupboard

Men’s Mid Week Pennants had Halls Head prominent in the finals section.

Halls Head Division one went down in the preliminary finals.

Halls Head division two went down in the Grand Final.

Halls Head Division three had two teams fighting out the Grand Final.

Halls Head division 3 blue team (3/3) defied the odds in coming from fourth position in the home and away series to beat Dudley park in their first game then Halls Head white (3/2) in their second game and finally Halls Head red (3/1) in the Grand Final. A great effort by the whole team.

The game went down to the last bowl of the last end.

A grand final by two Halls Head teams is certainly worth a mention.
